When you buy a ticket, all you know is the region — for example, "Somewhere in the Cotswolds." The morning before the event, every ticket holder receives an email and SMS containing the exact GPS coordinates, a what3words pin, and a hand-drawn map. That's when the adventure begins.

Your ticket includes access to the gathering, a camping or campervan pitch (weekend tickets), the masquerade ball, acoustic sessions, cinema van screenings, hot tubs, fire pits, and the location reveal. Food and drink are available to purchase from artisan stalls and the bar.

Your van or tent, warm layers, a torch, a mask for the masquerade (or we'll have some available), a sense of adventure, and an open mind. We'll send a full packing list with your location reveal.

Absolutely — campervans, motorhomes, and converted vans are all welcome. Weekend and VIP tickets include a pitch. The field is chosen specifically to accommodate vehicles, and we'll include access route info with the location reveal.

Every gathering is limited to 200 people. That's it. This isn't a festival — it's an intimate, carefully curated experience. The cap keeps it personal.

It's the UK — there's always a chance. We have covered areas, marquees, and the cinema van is sheltered. The masquerade ball has a canopy. And honestly, rain in a field full of fairy lights has its own kind of magic.

The Secret Gathering is an adults-only event (18+). It's designed as an escape — a weekend where grown-ups get to feel the magic without worrying about bedtimes.

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you can't make it, you can pass your ticket to someone else — just let us know the new name and contact details so they receive the location reveal.

Signal varies by location — that's part of the charm. There's no Wi-Fi provided. We encourage you to disconnect for the weekend. The real world will still be there on Monday.
